Mark had been actively involved with maintaining our original 40 year old boiler.  When repair costs started adding up and spare parts could no longer be located, Mark presented us with various options.  His detailed proposals allowed us to make the best decision for meeting the heating and cooling needs or our church.

My wife and I recommend Mark Allen Heating & Cooling without reservation.

We have relied on Mark’s help and expertise multiple times over the past 7 or so years. His service has been always prompt and reliable. When our BAXI unit would clog because of particles that would chip away from our 110 year old radiators and pipes, we would be without heat/hot water. At these times Mark has gone out of his way providing what was needed whether it meant showing up late after a long day or tracking down out-of-town parts. Timely and valuable service… We understood what we were paying for, and charges have been reasonable, and overall, very fair. We appreciate the personal service and care they all have shown….Mark and his assistants, and Sarah in the office.
